Protecting your personal data matters to me. I process personal data only where this is necessary to operate this website and handle your enquiries, or where you have given consent. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR.

This website is not an online shop. No payments are processed and no payment data is collected.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data, in particular IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, the referrer and browser and operating system information.

This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any transfer to third countries takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If you use the contact form, the details you enter — name, email address, optionally company, project type, optionally budget range and your message — are processed in order to answer your enquiry.

Delivery runs through the email provider Resend (Resend, Inc.), which forwards the message to my mailbox. To prevent abuse, a technical spam-detection field and your IP address are evaluated for a short-term limit on how often requests may be sent.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the enquiry serves to prepare a contract. Your details are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

If you contact me by email, phone or messenger, I process the data transmitted in order to handle your request.

When using WhatsApp and any other linked messenger or social media services, the privacy terms of the respective providers apply in addition. These services are only called up when you click; no content from these providers is embedded in the website itself.

The fonts used are downloaded when the website is built and served from this server. No connection to Google servers is made when you visit the website, and no data is transferred to third parties for this purpose.

No marketing cookies are required to operate this website technically. Your language choice is stored in a technically necessary cookie so that the website is shown in the language you selected.

Where Google Analytics is used, this happens exclusively after your explicit consent through the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Before consent, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Your decision is stored locally in your browser and can be withdrawn at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
